Cosby Post Office

Useless since changed hands, open/close when they feel like it, dont care about local community or businesses. Every other local post office if short staffed due to illness manage to secure temp cover, these just put a sign up saying closed for two weeks! They even did a stocktake in the middle of the day last week so again closed for business, why not conduct this after hours. They also insist on a debit card to collect a parcel now, even though a debit card doesnt have your address on and I produced two forms of I.D that did, they wouldn't hand my parcel over, muppets.

Despite Internet stating opening hours on Friday 9.00 till 5.30 ,post office counter shut at lunchtime till 2.30 no notification anywhere. So don't go till 2.30 or as we had to wait on the car for 15mins in the cold

Since it’s changed hands it been a nightmare of a place. I feel this last time is the final straw! Poor service from taking 3 weeks to deliver a 1st class parcel, that showed as being sent 2 weeks after I paid for the servicfrom the place. Then for a “something for you” card being posted and saying I can collect the day after. The parcel wasn’t in the post office and they didn’t seem to care. The answer I’ve got is the delivery driver hadn’t bought it back......utter garbage service.Counter staff struggle with listening to what class postage you want, then struggle with simple things like paying for it. They seem to close when they want, as well as 11-12 for lunch! I simply cannot recommend this post office at all anymore as it’s just a joke of a place. Stay away if you value what you’re sending! I’d actually rate this place as no stars if I could!

Still utterly useless. Website states it’s open, been up and it’s closed again. This is not the first time in the last year this has happened either and the answer is they have no one to man it. I assume the pharmacy prefer to make money from vaccines than provide a postal service and don’t understand how to forward plan man power. They won’t be getting any of my custom again ever. If I could give it zero starts I would as they are not providing any service at all. Would never recommend.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff seem to open and close when they feel like it. Bring back Pravin.

Pretty poor service. Post office is never actually open (opens late, super long lunch breaks, and now shut on Saturdays). Not accessible for wheelchair users, and always ridiculous queues. Just go to the whetstone one and save yourself a journey.

Always closed. Not updated opening times on google, disappointed on so many occasions to find it closed even when it says it’s open.

DOES NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY Can't comment on the service as it was closed.....despite google saying it is open. 😟 I've got to wait for Monday now.....
