The lady behind the counter is lovely and so helpful great little post office and shop is good also

Awful service from a gentleman named Mahmood behind the counter - reduced me to tears with how he spoke too and treated me - instead of showing empathy, patience and understanding. He made me feel like a criminal. Such a shame. Totally unhelpful. I have been using this post office for 4 years, and the lady who works behind the counter has always been so lovely and helpful - she is always so polite and informative.

Thanks to Jas (Jasmine) this post office is a pleasure to visit. She is very helpful and friendly.
