Useless. They don't know how to operate both counters, so they have only one counter open while the queue is going out the door to the kerb. Then after half an hour queuing they try to overcharge you. My advice is to go to the next nearest post office that knows what they're doing. Biggest waste of half an hour ever!

Every time I go there, there is only one window open and the staff is very nice but super slow. For that reason the queue is always very long and it's impossible to get anything sorted in less than 15/30 minutes. It's frustrating every time I go there!! I wish there was a alternative place in the area..

I like the guy, very much friendly, My Suggestion They need to improve themselves, Need another guy next window, And they could add more services, at the mov they denied to serve any extra services I saw elderly ppl waiting in long queue and ppl frustrates

Glad that we finally have local post office. The counter is slow, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was advertised that it is open till 7:30 pm but when i came from far, i found it closed. This is highly irresponsible and extremely annoying.
Now after reading all the reviews, i d suggeat such nonsense shall be closed as this is more troublesome than helpful.

They are both EXTREMELY slow! it's like they do not even want to be there. I used to drop my Royal Mail PPI bags here (usually took 30-40minutes) until the guy started saying I could only drop off 1 bag (pretty ludicrous) he just could not be bothered to scan 1 piece of I guess.
2 weeks ago I told him I had asthma and was exempt from wearing a mask because it makes it very hard for me to breathe, 2 days ago he refused me service for not wearing a mask (even though they are behind a protective screen and only 1 person is allowed in the shop at a time), I explained to him I already told him that I had asthma, was exempt and not able to wear a mask, he told me go to another Post Office then... Appalling service.
Very rude and slow, they have literally NOTHING in the shop either just a few dusty packets of crisps and expired drinks, the building is dilapidated and in urgent need of updating.

Great guy at the till and his friendly manner is what marks up this rating to a 3* or else it would be 1* because of the slow service I experience most of the time, they need a new worker sad to say for the old guy who works there or they need to open up a new counter there but I bet the owner is just a stingy person and wants to be a penny pincher for not wanting to pay more than one staff at a time lol its a joke
