Minster Lovell Post Office

I have always found Michael to be very helpful and friendly. They have exactly what I need more often than not and the opening hours are a godsend! Thank you!

A guy cut infront of me in the queue and the man working didn’t say anything and served him. It took him over 15 minutes to send 5-6 parcels. When it was finally my time after waiting so long, the man working called the guy behind me to be served first as he wanted the shop, not the post office. This would be fair enough if I hadn’t been waiting over 15 minutes and the guy behind me just turned up. I ended up walking out after waiting so long and wasn’t served. Will not be using this shop/post office again. Terrible customer service.

New owner is awful. Get to the front of the que just to be told to stand there for 10 mins. What a great idea, send your customers down to the spar where you can be served. Come back Micheal.
