Mollison Way Post Office

if i could give 0 i would. The people that run it here are honestly the rudest people i've ever been served by. The man that runs the post office has the audacity to be extremely rude to his paying customers, starting to shout at me for literally no reason. I just want to post my stuff and go but the people are just miserable. They also try to over charge me on my post which I have to continuously argue about, it's daylight robbery honestly. Also, they don't pay attention to your post, every time I go here my post gets LOST as they don't look at the post code and always put it in WRONG! AVOID

AWFUL! I went to drop of a parcel (which I do regularly elsewhere) and this post office was en route to my destination. The amount of attitude and head shaking I received was disgusting despite having asked them no questions! Felt really belittled by this old man. I hope they really do learn some basic customer service.

A little customer service goes a long way. I said good morning, no response just "put the parcel on the scale" he then printed the receipt and handed it to me. I told him a thank you would be nice and that's when he looked at me for the first time, replying "um". This isn't the first time I've experienced poor customer service here. If you don't want to be there retire!

Guy at the counter doesn’t know how to do his job. Have the return address on the package and had to write it bigger so he could actually see it. Still didn’t take my package. Rubbish attitude as well. Don’t bother everyone.

The worst post office in whole London. Slow and a time wasting place . Can’t even photocopy a paper.

This 'Post Office' deserves no stars but Google reviews don't have that option. I turned up on a Saturday afternoon hoping to post a large letter. I didn't realise they closed at 2pm (it was about 2.30). The old man didn't even look up from what he was reading and barked something at me. I didn't understand what he said and asked three times. Each time his reply was quieter and less easy to understand. In the end another member of staff told me "post close 2". I went home and googled other Post Offices in the area and found the Kenton Lane branch was open until midnight and wow what a difference. The young guy and girl there couldn't have been more helpful. We had a laugh and a joke and chatted a bit which is how it should be at a local Post Office. If you can go the extra couple of miles please do

Very rude man at the post office. Refused to give me my parcel for at least 15 minutes of arguing and showing my driving license on my phone and explaining the account was under my maiden name and not the name on my driving license. Showed proof emails, proof from shopping account. Everything. No understanding and very rude.

I would give negative stars if possible! They are so slow at processing, rude and quite frankly, should not be able to operate. I just can't understand why they are not shutdown. They are a disgrace to the Post office / Royal Mail brand. the old man is a royal c**t !!!
