Borehamwood Post Office

One of the worst post offices I have ever been. The biggest issue is the staff that works there. They all are extremely rude and make you feel uncomfortable! Plus, in my case they did a mistake and then they started saying I was the one who did in a really impolite way! Which is really bizarre if you think that they are the professional ones who should guide you. All in all, if I had the chance I would never go back there again.

This is the first time I've ever left a negative review, but the woman at this post office was extremely rude and patronising. Despite my repeated requests for the 2nd class option, I was charged for the most expensive service, and the 'item value' on the receipt was incorrect (she wrote a much lower amount than I told her).

Worst costumer service you can ever get from a post office! Useless….every single parcel I try to drop in there they find an excuse, mostly that it doesn’t scan…but it scans in any other post offices in Borehamwood. Rude!!! They don’t even bother to try or to explain anything. Completely disappointed

I started using this post office for my small business six months ago when I moved into the area, and I go almost every day.

The level of service is much higher than at other local post offices, with only a 10-minute wait even on the busiest days, in contrast to other post offices I've used in the past, where the wait could be 30-40 minutes on a busy day.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it is always a pleasure to see them. I'm glad this is my local post office.
