Wembley Post Office

I have been going to this post office for years and was never been greeted with a smile! Always grumpy, always rude. If you don't like your job then quit I am sure there is someone out there who would love to do this job. Today I went there again, I was taking pictures of the letters I wanted to post while walking so I don't forget what I posted. As I was walking, all of a sudden a staff member standing at the desk on the side said "Can I help?" and I said "oh, one second please" as I put my phone in my pocket. Then with a rude manner and while imitating me, he said something along the lines of "Looking at your phone, something more interesting on there?" I was so surprised and he repeated himself and I started to walk away and he said "you don't want my help?' I said no thank you then his reply was "suit yourself" ! What the hell is wrong with these people? Then I went to the cashier, the lady there with an extremely unwelcoming face expression, no hello whatsoever, doesn't listen to what you are saying so you have to repeat yourself. They never talk to you, they never explain anything, most of the time, they chat to each other while people are waiting in to queue. I am guessing they don't have a manager so they are behaving as they please!

Poor customer service, Specially the Lady! She does not listen to customers at all, just learn to say do online!
Hoping I won't need to go back and experience the same behaviour again.

Do not go to this post office after 4PM for deposit cash to the Bank account. They don’t accept because of their’s management policies. It’s really ridicules..

My nearest local post office, annoyingly. Queues tend to be a mile long and slowwwww. Saw cashier deal with a client who wanted to complete their child's passport etc. The abuse and attitude was appalling. I felt so bad for the mother. She kept saying I've taken my child out of school to do this, obviously meaning it was urgent and they just shouted we won't do it now. Clearly online it said they do and still had time before closing. Shambolic.

It’s the slowest Post Office I’ve ever come across. I always have to cue for nearly an hour and the customer service is really bad. The staff work comedically slowly, pause serving people to chat amongst themselves about their weekend etc. and always seem as if they don’t want to be working for the Post Office.

Had to do passport photos for renewal. Had to do it twice and both got rejected. Both were paid for in full plus the extra postage fees. Definitely not the place to get passport photos. At least for Australian passports.

If i could hive 0 starts i would. 0 comuication with the customers. The working hour are not updated on the website.

I went here earlier to post a parcel . It was around lunchtime say just before 12 noon and the queue was too busy so came back later after lunch . Still at about 1.30 pm about I think still long queue but not as bad as before when checked earlier. The queue was ok I guess moved bit quicker than I expected but still bit of a wait . They only had 2 counters open out of 4 what I think is bad as if busy they should open all. Soon they opened another counter so was not that bad 3 out of 4 counters open. Finally I got served by one of the guys at the counter and did not take that long to get served as already had done the postage label online . Got receipt and left.
