Elmhurst Post Office

Love this post office. Excellent service.

Why is it nearly every time I post a card to Portugal it doesn't get there. It costs enough postage, it's really quite upsetting

This post office is always very efficient and the ladies I have dealt with have been pleasant and patient if I am not sure how to return something. AF Aylesbury

I always find the staff friendly and helpful and its easy to park outside.

I've got to praise the lady that assisted me. She showed knowledge and patience (not very common these days). No queue, so it was fast and efficient.

Staff always seem fed up, they rarely smile, they're not accommodating whatsoever. I've got a business account and they made drop offs so difficult, I no longer bother going there and drive 10 minutes to a different post office (even though this one is across the road) where they're always, always so lovely. Customer service goes a long way and sadly this branch falls so short.
