Heath Hayes Post Office

Rude male working behind the cigarette counter, i was told he don’t want to give out change? he’s a post office ?
I was trying to cash a scratch card and to purchase £1 bag of chocolate. I left without the chocolate. Keep your confectionery you weirdo!
Giving out change to people is a part of your daily job so why he chose to pick fault with my transactions are beyond me.
The words that were used by him
“I cannot give change to every single person that comes in”
Mate I’m trying to buy chocolate at a post office !!!! What was so hard ???

Amazing staff! So helpful and kind. Make the effort to ask how you are! Nothing is to much trouble for them, they go above and beyond to help you! I go every week now as Made to feel so welcome as need to post things constantly. Honestly best post office been to, so helpful! There was a woman crying in the the other day, a customer they got her tissues and made sure she was settled before leaving. Cant imagine other shops or post offices doing the same. They actually care about there customers! Love it there!

The lady behind the post office counter gave me some advice after returning a item, I couldn't get any response from the seller, she advised me to contact my bank, I did and was refunded by my bank. If it wasn't for her I would have lost £169 . If I could rate her I,d give her 10 stars thank you.

I have been going to this post office for many years it's the best one in the area . Fantastic service they really go all out to help you . Friendly, chatty so keep it guys you are doing a fantastic job👍👍

My go to Post Office even though there are ones closer to me. The ladies are always extremely friendly going out of their way to help out with either reducing posting costs, helping secure parcels and assisting with technological issues 🤣

Staff in here are brilliant, been in twice in the past few weeks, helped me with filling forms out, nothing is too much bother, always greeted with a smile, can't recommend them enough

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the male behind the counter. Shouldn't be allowed to run a post office. Trading standards contacted!
