Kensington Post Office

AVOID! This group is unfriendly, unhelpful, and frequently not even open during their stated hours. Went twice today (between my own full-time job) and both times were closed unexpectedly. When staff exited the building and I asked why they kept closing unexpectedly, they were very aggressive about being in the midst of a pandemic, even though one of them wore his mask around his neck ... There is a Mailboxes Etc two blocks away that is friendly, helpful, and crucially, OPEN!!!

Really rude staff. Used post office at 13:20 on 5/04/2022. Elderly gentlemen looking after self service really couldn’t have been less interested. Felt to be a nuisance handing him a parcel that didn’t fit in the post box.

The queue is always long. There are 6 human check outs and most of the time 2-3 postal staff working at them. I’m not sure if the post office is trying to cut costs by not fully staffing this post office is a disaster, as the wait times are frustrating and it shows on the stressed faces of their staff too.

main guy who works there is always unfriendly and unhelpful. Usually he is tolerable but once I used this office to send in my passport forms and I told the guy behind the desk what I wanted to do, and he gave me the wrong thing to do (compared to what I asked), and the opposite of what you want to do when sending in passport forms and I made it clear what I wanted to and he still directed me to do what I realise now was the wrong thing and as a result, my passport renewal submission was entirely wrong, I paid the wrong amount, put too many forms in my envelope etc and its been 10 weeks and I do not have a passport and have been unable to travel. If you need to send anything important, do not do it here that’s for sure! Based off reviews, many people have had issues with the same guy (elderly-ish? with glasses) and also this place is understaffed so be prepared for the long queues (I’ve been in one for over an hour and there were only ten people in the line, the service was just really slow)

Even one star to much for this post office.
I physically and verbally harassed by the post office manager Mr. Ehsan the self checkout area into.25.10.2022 at 16.42pm.
He pushed me with his arm and grabbed my receipts aggresively front of my wife. He was very rude and he said that the receipts and all the posts are his property and he said that he needs to check all my posts what was inside and how much I have paid each of them.
It was awful experience and definetely he is not deserve to be a manager in that post office.
I will raised my complaints in related departments and hopefully someone educate him for how he need to behave to the customers.
Shame on you Mr. Ehsan.

I was really shocked today to see the manager Mr. Ehsan how rude was towards a customer. He doesn't deserve to be a manager! I felt the people working under his management are under pressure. The manager may threats them also very bad. Someone should investigate!

Thuva served me with excellent attitude and service with very helpful advices. I hope the whole post office working environment could learn from her. Thank you very much, respect.

Not a very good post office. Poor customer service. Lazy staff. I arrived at 5.10pm to renew my driver's license. I was told I came too late even though the post office closes at 5.30pm. The place should be closed down as not meeting the needs of customers.
