Royal Mail Delivery Office

Tracked parcel containing a mobile phone been misdelivered by Addleston Delivery office. As the postman can't remember where he delivered and GPS tracker not active the item been lost. But it's the care free attitudes of postman and the management are shocking!!!
Update: after week of anxious wait and lots of tweets to Royal Mail customer services the parcel been tracked and collected( thanks to *royalmailchat* , an online community who's valuable advice on GPS tracking did help)

Absolutely useless didn't get a card to say its been delivered tried to go collect it and he said it's been sent back I remember! Didn't look didn't ask for tracking number just he remebered!!! The amount of parcels are in that place and he remembers my parcels, then said I rember it's a huge box! In fact it's the finest part for my dyson so you dont f****ing rember do you, but still didn't wanna check or help me out he just kept saying it's been sent back !

Two hours a day is a taking the micky

CAN YOU UPDATE YOUR OPENING TIMES PLEASE. I’ve been running round like a headless chicken for the past two days. None of the opening times match up with any of the offices. Very frustrating.
