Worst service ever! There is one particular woman there who is always rude always grumpy and hates her job!! It my closest post office (100metres) but now have resorted to walking 15min to the next nearest post office as I hate this place so much. you walk in there happy and walk out absolutely miserable!!

Went to buy a stamp and a very helpful post office worker asked if he could assist and maybe I could try the self service - went through it. My husband had the same experience - Nice to be served by such a pleasant young man - it can be a bit hit and miss here - but praise when due - hence the comments

Went in today tried to purchase a label from the machines provided but unfortunately they were out of service. So I decided to line up and decided to get an employer to help me. She was very rude and was not helpful at all. Instead of telling me what do next she sent me off without providing any help what so ever. I tried explaining that I didn’t know what to do since the machines were down and she repeatedly kept saying that I was wrong and that the machine don’t print out labels. She didn’t know how to simply follow my request. What’s the point of working there when you don’t even know how to do your own job.

Brilliant! The original and the best! You can post Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® after the normal 16:30 cut-off of most Post Offices and they're open until 17:30. The staff are great, nice, friendly and helpful! Wish all Post Offices were like this one!

What is the point of having tracked mail when the postman signs for it and uses his own name at the delivery point. Thanks for losing my visa and making me miss my trip home. Completely unhelpful staff that yell at you and each person gives you different miss-information. Absolutely exhausting.

Good service, efficient and organised. During covid restrictions staff in did everything to speed things along helping with self serve postage with staff in the door keeping things moving and ensuring social distancing. Often busy but normally has three counter windows open and so the queue moves reasonably fast.
