Kineton Post Office

Very rude lady served me in post office today. Not very happy place and poor customer service

They dont even deserve the 1 start. Not very happy about the lady on the post office section. Sending a parcel in first class and signed for the post man bags was getting ready to go after paying for 1st class and being there before the postman she says cant send till tomorrow after paying £4.55 for first class it even says on the receipt they will recieve the parcel the never working day. I DON'T THINK SO.!!!! So angry think I deserve a refund paying for first glass and it's still sat in the post office !!! 😡

Have used this post office and store for years now. Posting possibly thousands of packages in that time. Never met any rude staff, never had any issues. It disgusts me that certain privileged, egotistical customers have the audacity to leave 1 star reviews claiming racism and homophobia... just because they weren't bowed down to. (Even Ignoring the guy that went in wearing a CRASH HELMET LOL). The store has good prices on every day groceries, and a very reliable Post Office Section. All you could ask for really, thanks guys!

I am a bit surprised by some of the reviews for this business. The people who run it are really friendly and the post office is convenient. Pam always takes time to ask how people are, and the shop is well-run with a good selection of drinks and cupboard staples.

The guy who served me ( I think he’s the owner) on the post counter was the rudest most ignorant man I’ve had the pleasure of serving me, he made me wait with no eye contact or reason and when he did serve me he was short and sharp and never looked at me once, maybe it was because I was wearing a motorcycle crash helmet. I’ll never use this post office again.

A post office that doesn't even sell stamps! Staff that haven't got a clue how to run a post office they send you to the local co-op to buy stamps and conveniently they only have packs of 12 left to buy at £7 I say conveniently because the kineton post office is now operated by the co-op ..total rip offs!

Always a friendly face, and the team have always been very helpful with all the parcels I have sent through them, a great asset to the area 😀

Post office and coop combined, good friendly helpful staff, reasonable prices. Worth the visit as they stock most things you need.
