Defoe Parade Post Office

A bit difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair inside but staff are great and very friendly & helpful.

Shame more Royal Mail staff are not as helpful as this local little post office, a local gem, especially Tracy. Opens early and great service.

Very rude guy on the counter. His approach to dealing with customer service is very poor and complaint about customers bringing in a few parcels. He works in a post office!!! , seemed liked he doesnt like other ethnicity either then the british, someone tell him the world has changed. Avoid this place and his comment was What do you want ?

The shop needs people who care about the public not someone whos pre judgeing other on their ethnicity.
Very dissapointed on the calibre of people. I will take action further with Royal Mail as he shop does not provide this service for the community

Very rude man working there . The way he talk to customers is just appalling.
He should be sacked. Complaining about have to do service which Post Office do!!!!
With so many local post offices closing this should definetly go, and some other stay instead. Shame that's the only one around and some people have to deal with this rude , grumpy man...

Was nice place when two ladies were working there, but has changed since a gentleman came to work there. He is so surly and I do not like to go there anymore!
