Pinner Post Office

I don’t normally like leaving negative reviews but this time was the last straw at this post office.

The only person at this post office who has any common decency to provide the best customer service is the lady. I don’t know your name but thank you for being so friendly and approachable. I’ve only been served by her a couple times. The other day I was served by a man who was very very rude. Unfortunately I will not be using your services again.

The staff and also then the manager refused to scan my prepaid royal mail label as it was one day passed the advised posting date. Poor service and totally unwilling to scan the item even to check. I advised them they were incorrect to be so unhelpful and I went to another post office (hatch end ) where there was no problem at all with it. Pinner staff require training both on customer service and also how to deal with prepaid labels.

This is the worst post office ever! It is so badly managed. This man Harry who manages it, is rude, lazy and totally unco-operative. I cannot understand how he has been made manager. Sundays it is supposed to be open but its not due to staff sickness apparently! Probably because they couldn't be bothered to get out of bed and the manager can hardly pull his weight! The worst service I have received is at this Pinner branch! What are WHSmith doing taking over post offices when they can't run them? I understand loads of complaints have been made about this manager but absolutely Nothing is being done about him! Its pointless making complaints because the staff don't care, the manager doesn't care, WHSmith nor the Post Office care!!!!

Why does my wife keep shopping online and making me return things? One thing I know is the post office in Pinner never judge me for returning items daily. Thank you for not judging me post office PInner.

Polite and helpful staff, but no idea why the Post Office cannot accept Royal Mail QR codes

the worst post office I have been too, when it is lunchtime they always just have one person on the tills the queues are lengthy if this happening daily why aren't they having extra staff, avoid if possible go to Eastcote a totally different experience.

if you like being spoken to like a piece of S@$t then go to this post office, the rudest most unhelpfeul person i have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
went in to do a CRB online ID check, and was taken aback by the level of contempt the woman behind the business counter had for, then bassicaly threw my paper work back at me when finished.
She should not be dealing with members of the public.

Soo bad, unbelievable in fact. The staff are rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and slow to serve your better off going up to the Royal Mail enquiry counter (where you collect your parcels) if you can and posting your items there. The staff there are miles better more friendly, knowledgeable and much quicker.
