Polite friendly staff, good range of basic stationery can have long queues at times.

Great staff, always willing to help. Very efficient. Its a shame the Post Office in Worcester City Centre can't learn a thing or two from this one.

I paid an obscene amount of money to send a parcel to Spain with Parcelfarce Global Priority on the basis that it was guaranteed to get there in 3-5 days. The parcel got there 3 weeks later. There is no such thing as a guarantee when it comes to the post office, don't waste your money.

Rude old man at Royal mail counter, refused to print off a label for my parcel even though it states on Royal mail website the staff can do this for you. He also rudely tapping his fingers onto the counter and rolling his eyes. the store was not even busy he clearly just did not want to do his job. Disgusting customer service would not recommend going here. I would not give this royal mail even one star.

Great little shop/post office. Staff are always friendly and eager to help. PO can get busy in the mornings but they service a large populated area so to be expected. Kids love to visit to buy their sweets on a Friday.

Always had decent service here, sometimes theres a que and you have to wait a while but no big deal.

Postman leaves my parcels outside unattended . could have been taken
