If you deal with the older staff, the quality of the service seems to depend on how much the staff like you, though they are efficient enough in their limited way. The thinner lady with white hair seems to dislike everyone. She is morose, sneering and impatient. She's seems to go out of her way to miss-understand and to belittle. It's not acceptable to make customers feel foolish. Shame on the PO for not monitoring their employees behaviour more closely.

Nearly useless post office branch. It used to be a good post office for years but something went wrong. Most of the time they send me to another branch because of lack of professionalism as they don't know how to handle prepaid parcels which were purchase through Royal Mail Online website. They used to open from 7, now only from 9 to 5 and how do I supposed to send a single parce if I work from 9 to 6?

Shame on the short curly haired teller, who was rude and unhelpful today. Their BIG sign at the counter says "They won't tolerate abuse" , however she thought it was okay to exploit her position by giving it out today!

A tremendous post office where you can post any item suitable for the mail system. The doors are really easy to walk through and it sells stamps. Amazing!

Rude woman. Charged me £3.10 each for 2 small keyrings when a small book that weighed more was less. When I walked up, I said hi and she just stared at me.

Opening time says 6am. Arrived at 8:30am and all positions are closed. Please update website if this is incorrect

The post office actually shuts at 8:30pm. The store itself is open till 9pm.
