Bridget Street Post Office

Very rude guy. Can't wait to have you out of his shop... I've also noticed that female customers get treated differently to male ones. For example interrupting your parcel being dealt with to call the male behind you forward to deal with his parcels. Most of the time he forgets to give you proof of postage... even though I request it sometimes twice in the same transaction.

Also lots of sarcastic comments... I always dread having to go there.

I would rather walk the extra 15 minutes into town.

Rude and miserable owner on every occasion, so can't be put down to just having a bad day. I will no longer be using this local post office and will be using the main one in town. Cant imagine how many customers have not returned due to this owner who treats your presence and an inconvenience.

.. Paid my council tax up to date and he told me I was 2 months behind after wrongly counting my receipts attached to my payment form in front of customers! None of his business to start with and he was wrong! Won't use again...

Extremely rude owner. You don't expect to be an inconvenience when your going into somewhere to give them your business. Very convenient for me as this post office is right around the corner from my house, but will never step foot in there again. Absolute joke of a business owner

Lady who works there is lovely, always polite and makes an effort to chat however the man is disgustingly rude (when he says anything more than a grunt it is with such distaste). It's conveniently located but I will have a nosey in the door and check it's not him before using the business.

Never had an issue in this post office. The owner has always been helpful, polite & efficient when I’ve been served by him. No complaints at all.

Staff are very polite and friendly Always use this post office never had a problem, from banking to posting 5 stars from me keep up the good work

The staff are always polite and try to be helpful but it does seem, sometimes, that I understand the postal system better than they do. I do find service rather slow, even for simple transactions.
