The Parade Post Office

I posted 2 letters the same time to 2 people who live close to each other (the same small town). 1 letter arrived, the one has not left this country yet. This horrible post office was holding 1 of my letters for 3 days before the put it through the "network".

Used this post office years. Never any issues, always sent on time and lovely staff

I love this post office. From stepping into the wide automatic doors(great for disabled and old people and also re covid) to the nice tall aisles full of good priced items, saving the need to queue at the co op, to the shop
Counter staff with excellent customer service and manners (very rare these days) to finally the post office counters, where either the lovely Saam or the beautiful Mal, greet you, both friendly, efficient, extremely helpful and fun. I actually look forward to having a reason to visit there - keep up the great work

Very rude, brusque and unpleasant man served me at the Post Office counter this morning. He was using his mobile 'phone and I said that I would step up to the counter once he had finished his call. He seemed to be a bit peeved by that and I explained that I thought it was rude to serve a customer whilst the server was using a mobile 'phone. He snapped at me and said that he was on the 'phone to the Post Office about something, although it looked like a private number to me as I saw the contact name. Throughout the transaction (sending a parcel overseas) he was nasty, snappy and just downright ill-mannered. I shall be writing to the Post Office/Royal Mail to make a complaint. Won't use this Post Office again, will go to next nearest one.

Very good staff..I love the lady(Mal)she is so good...she does the work properly and talks vry politely..and there is a sweet manager (saam) their service is so good..feels so good to go there and visit them whenever I have to post something...
I saw previous reviews and comments and I totally disagree to that..

Such friendly people in here and makes a change as most who work in post offices have an attitude and make you feel under interrogation just posting a parcel, not here though so friendly

Service is awful unless one is served not by the post office officer but a very nice shop assistant who takes over postal duties after PO working hours.

One of the worst customer service ever received. Rude, unprofessional.
