Not open when it says it's open!! Arrived at 7am as per their listed hours on Google Maps and they're closed. Different hours posted outside in person. Tried to reschedule a redelivery and it says the reference number the postman left doesn't exist. No phone number to call the location. This all wouldn't be so urgent if I wasn't leaving the country tomorrow and if the package wasn't a wedding gift for my best friend. What a mess.

Checked website and made a special trip to collect my package when it was open in a Sunday. When I got there no one had turned up to open it. Despite phoning the customer care line there was no way to collect my urgent package and I don’t have another window to get there for several days.

The website and Google both state open 11-3 Sunday the 24th July 22
After making a trip at 2pm it was closed with a paper notice in the shutter. The windows were open and gates open with staff by the loading bay, none wanted to help and said they are closed . If so please update the website, if they had a phone number you could at least check first but they don't .

ok, so I have flexible work hours so I know my experience is probably not the norm. I find the location and efficiency of this RM to be great. It is on my route into or from work it is often empty and the staff has been friendly to me. For these reasons I almost wish I could just have all my mail and packages delivered there.

Post person didn’t knock on because I didn’t have my car on the drive then sent it back to warehouse so there was not point getting it delivered

Avoid using where ever possible. So many options to use different services these day, it boggles my mind why people and businesses use RM

Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Definitely deserve a pay rise! Bike parking right by the door too.

Parcel for Christmas takes 9 days to get to the depot, even when it gets delivered to us the postman doesn't ring our intercom NOR ring the intercom for the other flats in our block. There were other people in at the time!!!

Didn't fill the red card properly either, no tracking number, didn't complete the address postcode, and ticked "other" box. Well what's that supposed to mean???? There was a tracking number on the parcel from what we know. All of this on Christmas Eve.

No opening times on the card either.

Shameful service, absolutely incompetent
