Melvin Square Post Office

You won't find a place where the staff are more friendly, the counter to the post office is swift and efficient and they have a regular cashpoint in store that has free withdrawals. I can't fault the stock available for variety, on par with tesco express, and cheaper too, you can try to find a better place, but I can't!

Great place ,great people very friendly. Loads of variety food wise and munchies. Gas electric , topups. Freezer meals.

It's got more than the other store near by. And the prices are cheaper. What more can you want I guess.

Non professional and rude behaviour from the staff. I went today to post letter.
First they don't have any extra pen to write down on post office desk.
Second, the lady knew that I am writing the address and wanted to send via post but she went to grocery desk and then I came to know that she went for break. The time is 15:49 and she went for break and she will be back in 10 minutes.
This branch always had issues.
I didn't mention it before but today I was compelled to do so.
Not recommended this shop any way.

Shocking customer service. Hours state on website that the post office is open til half 5 when i questioned the girl behind the counter was basically being laughed at. Spoke with superviser no manager present apparently and was given basically I aint gunna give you your parcel so are we gunna stand here all day and argue. Even tho the I rushed home from work to collect a parcel I had delivered there in the basis of me assuming they would be open. Would not recommend.

Always shop here all the staff are lovely and helpful very friendly x
