Despite the mad reviews here I had a wonderful experience today. Alisha served us absolutely brilliantly, talked me through all the options for sending 7 big letters and found the perfect one at the right price for me. She was just lovely and we had a wonderful chat too, which really brightened my morning! Definitely will be coming here again for all my postage needs - so if you're worried about the reviews, dont be!

NOMINATION FOR WORSE POST OFFICE IN NORTH LONDON

Anyone providing a good review clearly enjoys waiting around, or is a friend hence naming staff by name. I have lived in Finsbury park 30 years plus and the service has continued to be poor with queues regularly growing until people are waiting outside. I usually try to avoid this branch but as it was on the way on my journey i gave it a try. The service was ridiculously slow, and there was no effort to move beyond turtle pace. I raised the issue with staff who said "you should appreciate youve been served" as if doing your job effectively is a inconvenience. Ive never heard something so illogical.

Without a doubt the most poorly run post office in the whole of the UK. Slow, lazy, rude staff. Queues out the door. No oeganisation. Shambles.
