My first time here.
I met two of the most helpful post office staff ever.
Meera was exceptional. She ensured I was totally satisfied with the service. Extremely professional.
Naiya was extremely detailed and noted all my inquiries, providing great feedback.

Queued for one hour to pick up a parcel. Got to the end of the line and they could not find the parcel. They asked for my number to let me Know once investigated. No call back of course. No compensation. No care…

Edit on 4/10: still waiting for a call back. Even following their response below!
Avoid this post office at all cost!

After an extremely hectic day at work, I needed to go to Post Office to finish some errands, usually this type of things gives me so much anxiety due the crazy fast paced live in London. I am so grateful with Fariha, she just not welcomed me with a smile but made all the process a lot easier. The quality of her customer service is something that I have not experience that often in London. Please give her a reward and congratulations. She went extra mile and did my day!

Illogical Q-img system. They have a sign pointing to the travel money counter but they insist that everyone joins one Q. When I reached the start, the counter that was available could not do the money exchange, I was told to wait for the travel counter to be available. Why don’t they just have a separate Q for that counter? The person could deal with other customers if there is no one Q-ing for travel exchange.
The post office doubles u as some sort of curry fast food place which makes the whole post office stink.

Fariha was a great help today I had nearly 80 individual parcels to send off and she done it so quick, nothing was a problem, very polite and attentive!

Very chaotic organisation. Staff try their best to help, but signals and instructions are unclear, most of the self service machines are switched off, the "drop & go" place is inviting thieves... when you leave your parcel there, you can easily worry it gets lost... a manager should reconsider the logistics and layout of the place

I'm giving a 3* because either you get someone lovely here (example the lady that works on Travel counter who also helps when the queues get long) OR you get the grumpy rude pregnant lady (GRPL).

GRPL finally deigned to help serve the rapidly growing queue while I was trying to figure out self service when asked her if she had a customs form as there were none at the self serve till I was on.

"I'm serving someone" she said, which I replied, "yes but do you have a form it takes 5 seconds and will move things on as there's such a queue".

Very rudely she then said, "no I'm serving and that wouldn't be fair" (fair enough) but then added, "if I came over there I'd find them so look again."

She was wrong and the forms weren't where she said they were. She saw that when she came over after but instead of a simple sorry, she growled at me. So I told her she didn't have to be rude and she told me I was the one shouting at her (which I wasn't!?).

It's pretty awful these days when staff dont realise that it's their customers keeping their business running in tough times? And manners don't cost anything.

If she'd just left it at, "I'm serving some you'll have to wait until I'm finished", that would have been fine even with that rude grumpy tone (it's probably tiring being pregnant) but no need for the sarcastic comment.
