Post Office

The new management is just awesome. Professional and fast service. All staff are very respectful and always greet with a huge smile. Please continue what you are doing the best. Don’t make negative feedback effect you in anyway. You can’t make everyone happy. I have been using this post office since few years. The previous management was good to me but I noticed over a period of time they were horrible with other customers, specially the woman and the young girl.

I been to post office with 10 parcels and i have no idea how they are supposed to be packed and labeled, but the gentleman working there was so patience and helped me with labelling and re packing in a decent way. Made my work easy. Both employees were very friendly and treated well. Highly recommended.

I'm usually not one to complain but from experience I can genuinely say the reviews I've read are true. Honestly the lack of customer service is appalling. The staff are very impatient and quite frankly they were very rude. I will definitely NOT be visiting again. You're better off going to another post office.

The woman who works there is so irresponsible! I posted a box with a glass vase. On box its clearly stated glass inside. She literally threw the box in the bag where they put the parcels. Wasnt careful at all. The next day it was received by my friend and was shattered.! Secondly another time I posted a small parcel. She went and posted it to the return address. My address. Doesnt look at what she is doing and always in a rush. Iv stopped going there.
Please change staff!!

Every time I’m coming there there’s really friendly and helpful guy sitting by the till near entrance. Those 5 stars are for his service and smile.)

Lovely friendly young woman on the counter. Really took me by surprise as other local branches could do with customer service training. She was interested and gave good advice about shopping websites. Lovely and I will return to this branch because of her.

The team at the post office are simply incredible. They always go out of their way to go the extra mile for me and have helped me hugely on several occasions. By far the best postal service I have used in London - amazing team!

Had a very unpleasant experience. I chose to have a parcel delivered here via royal mail. Royal mail sent me a confirmation email & text with proof of it being delivered and signed for at this post office. I went there to collect it and was told its not here and maybe it will be here in a day or two. I was not having that. To cut a long story short it turns out they accepted my parcel at this post office. Left it on the side then royal mail came to take the days post and it got taken into the postal system and again. I then got told it should be here the next day. Today is the day im going down there again. If its not there then god help this post office.

I have noticed this post office has gone down hill since tue new management have taken over. I will not be using this post office again after this experience.
