Kingsley Park Post Office

Extremely rude! Was being served by teller and half way through he decides to answer his phone and have a conversation while I stand there like an idiot. Ended up walking out and I WILL NOT be going there again.

I come to this post office four or five times every week. More than nine times out of ten the wait times are short, but it all depends on whether the person in front of you is trying to pay for a passport application that they don't do there (in pennies). The staff are always friendly enough, it's usually an older and a younger man (younger man processes things quicker). Every so often there'll be a queue stretching towards the door and I turn around and come back later, but it's a good post office.

This looks tatty around the edges and there is often a que, but they do their best to get to everyone. It's got a shop section with packaging and some cards, and is well used by everyone.

Horrible service, people are in a huge queue and only one guy serving, best time to start sorting the mail in the back.

My local post office. Lovely staff and always helpful. Most of the times it's very busy. So bare that in mind when you think to make a quick pit stop at the post office.

Difficult to review properly as didn’t get served. One person working. I’ve seen faster glaciers. Waited ten minutes then gave up. Queue was out the door by the time I left. Probably still there and out to the ring road by now. For anything within a hundred mile radius it’d be quicker to walk it there yourself.

Great customer service. Short waiting times. The employees are always a young man and an older one, probably the branch is family owned. They are always happy to help and very polite.

It is opened on the royal mail website. Do not take their website info, they are wrong
