Manor Road Post Office

I like to give them in negative or black stars because you will see the height of rudeness from the staff. The lady thinks she own the whole world that’s how they deal with the customer.don’t use this post office unless you have very urgent deadlines.
IDK if people doesn’t like to work so why do they come to work...
I think post office should take some necessary actions against their franchisee,
Worst experience of customer services.

Its such a pleasure to encounter such a nice experience of good customer service from such lovely people. I have no regrets and is now my new go too post as this Post office provided all I needed and more. Blessed Love :)

Lady serving post office has no sense of customer service, often bordering rude. Face looks like her cat has just been run over and shes unsure if she shuold be sad about it. The guy behind the till is nice though.

Always a bad experience only use once in a blue moon thankfully as the Black women behind counter is rude & sarcastic, seen her with other people of her own race & she's completely different , Racism comes in all colours, never visiting again il travel twice the distance to the other post office

The most horrible post office I have ever seen. This old black African lady charged me more. But I did not bother at that time as it was important to send the letter asap. The only reason I came a long way to this post office because it was opened early than others nearby. I sent it through recorded delivery and it has not reach yet. In claim I will get just the cost of delivery. I will never ever this post office again.

The matured lady who works there is a very caring person. We are very thankful the way she helps tthe disables

It doesn’t hurt or cost to smile! It’s FREE. Disgusting behaviour and terrible customer service by all the staff, especially that old lady at the counter. They’re only nice to those who they know! I’m not at all surprised by the one star reviews left on here. Only went in to this post office because I was in a rush and that was the closest one. Never again! Fix up!

I've been going here for years and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about my postage needs or questions. The 1* reviews here seem wildly off the mark, ignore them!
