Brickfields Post Office

Never had such a bad experience as in this post office. A remarkable offending attitude when you ask politely for repeat what they say. I first remained patient but the last time it was in such a way offending that I left the shop and went for another post office. Not to recommend to visit this post office.

Staff are always great here, brilliant idea to have it open until late.

Rudest staff I have ever met. Really Need some customer service skills. Its not hard to be polite. I will take my services else where.

Not very helpful staff, needed a label printed after quing for 30 minutes. They said they couldn't do it. Another post office did it straight away. They are also closed when they're supposed to be open

Post Office opening times inaccurate. Repeatedly closed when supposed to be open. Staff rude.

Great little shop and post office

The young lad is v polite and helpful. The ladies are just rude and need some customer service training asap

I have now had 2 parcels sent from this post office never reach their destination, so something is amiss. Opening times are often inaccurate, and are being changed in March to 9-5 so not exactly helpful for anyone working during the week! I will not be using this post office again.
