My experiences have been excellent. Good customer service. Courteous, clear and swift. Although parking spaces are extremely limited, it's worth just waiting as spaces do frequently become available.

Wish I could put 0 stars. They have changed the hours as of 1st September, not changed on their website or mentions it on their slips. Even the postman crossed out the hours believeing it was 7am instead of 8am opening. Got there early, dead on 7am with proof that this was the case and got told they wouldnt give me my parcel. I have live animals in there! There were people in there just didnt want to open up. Im very disappointed in this. I work from 8am to 7pm most nights, the woman wasnt even sypathetic clearly didnt care.

Friendly staff who are efficient with scanning and getting my parcels out to the van. Even running one round so it got out that night 😊. Opening hours changed a lot during lockdown but then didn’t everywhere’s? My dog also gets a warm welcome in their too which is very helpful as a small business owner.

Excellent service by professional, approachable and friendly staff. Pick up and drop off is handled with care, efficiency and at speed. It would be great if this service opened during business hours of 9am to 5pm. Thank you 😊

Parcels keep missing (third one in a month). Something very dogy is going on there. I will seek legal advice. Can't be any worse.

Went to pick up parcel at around 1pm on a Friday as I can’t get there until my hubby finishes work, door was closed, lights out no one there . Looked up online for times opening before we left, it said 8am- 2pm. on door says 8am- 10am so unprofessional wasting people’s time, not impressed 😤
