Landcross Drive Post Office

There is a lady at this post office who is the rudest woman I have ever met. When I walk in I feel like she doesn't even want to serve me they leave you standing behind a sign that says wait here then they just talk to eachother and ignore the customers also they look at you like poop too... Today was the last time ill be using this post office and ill be telling other people not to use it either

This is a good little local shop that has a bit of everything and a post office. The Post Office is open long hours and it is worked on by mainly two ladies. As said in other reviews one of the ladies is very serious, which is a little disconcerting, but the same could be said of the gentleman. They have never been rude and always done there job efficiently. Of course it would be nice if they were a little more friendly, but who knows what they have to put up with and the long hours they put in. I think we can give them a little leeway.

A brilliant shop with really helpful staff I’m puzzled by all of the bad reviews. The post office are very patient with all of my heavy and odd sized parcels.

Will never go there again, happy to go miles out my way to post a letter how they can run a business I’ve no idea, rude seem to hate people

Would like to give less then a 1 star if I could. They prefer white customers over every thing. Service is bad. Rude spoken

One of the few post offices that always seem to be open! So handy when you work full time. Shop also has everything you need and staff are very efficient.

Older lady as others have said, has an extremely unfortunate manner. I have experienced this many times myself and observing other customers. Two plus staff in the shop yet customers are still waiting. Post office has no privacy and you are directed to stand behind a makeshift sign when nobody is standing at the counter in the post office. Poor set up, poor senior lady in charge. Younger lady smiles and is polite all the time. As a nurse, I deal with some of the most difficult people in horrific situations, I still smile. There is a lesson in there for the older lady.

worst shop i ever been !!!
Very bad service , rude and they dont give full receipts also they charged me many times twice one item i bought and i realised it when i start counting my money,proper stealing ... STAY AWAY!
