Very unhelpful staff. I have been there twice and I understand they can be busy but they try to rush you off the door and don't give you enough time to properly ask if you need anything else. I needed to send a parcel abroad and wanted a quote but the lady at the till was already calling the customer behind me even though I was still standing there.

Staff are OK, but consider their opening times on Saturdays about 15 mins after the advertised time.

Multiple mentions of late openings yet they continue to do it. So unprofessional and selfish to people stood outside waiting at 9am! Opened 15 mins late today, not even an apology. You are grown men. Get yourselves together and open on time!

Amazing! The two men I dealt with today went above and beyond for me. I made a mistake on one of my parcels and they helped me correct it. Really highly recommend. So friendly and understanding. Thank you!!!

I dread having to go here. The staff are the most miserable people I've ever met, they close the counter at lunchtime, and even when quiet they are achingly slow. The atmosphere in the shop just makes me feel sad.

Unbelievably rude staff!
I went today to drop a parcel and both the staff members were unhelpful!

The organisation of this post office is so frustrating. One day. The queue for the post office is at the back and the queue for the shop is at the front, the next day there is one queue starting at the back or starting at the front and then people join the back and make two queues and none of the staff pay any attention. I was queueing for ages today at the front in the ones you then suddenly three people turn up in queue at the back and get served before me. I was in there the other day and there were three members of staff who originally there a massive queue and two of them. I appreciate it’s busy but some sense of organisation and how the queues are supposed to work would really help. In the end, I walked out and have done before and south of other customers.

The staff will take their own lunch at peak lunch times so queues are out the door.
I’m sorry but I’ve worked in retail before, we never took our own lunch at peak times.
