Great service every time I've been on over the last 12 months. My favourite place to buy MCN and beer.

I phoned the store to ask questions about closing times of the post office part to the shop and before I had even finished talking and asking what I wanted to know the phone went down. Very rude. Not impressed by there phone manners so god knows what there manners would be like to my face.............

Only had the unfortunate opportunity to use this place twice, and walked out before being served on both occasions.

Waiting at the post office counter for five minutes without anybody serving me. The lady behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to tell me that the post office was closed.

Just used this place today, stood in a queue for around ten minutes at the post office counter. Afterwards an additional queue starts at the shop counter. The one bloke serving starts seeing to the food counter before myself.

So much for the Great British queuing system. Complaint going into the Post Office where no doubt I’ll get no response.

I have had to go to your Clay Cross store to do banking for my company, while I was in the store doing my banking. The guy that owned the store had a go at the post office lady. He tole her she should stop serving me to serve a customer that was at the till, he then starred at her the whole time she was serving that customer. This was rude and the worst customer service I have ever had
. I would warn anybody from using that store if you don't have to. Discusting

One of your Sales Assistants needs to understand what aggressive is. I was confused as to that the sign that says wait to be served hear was for anyone that wanted to be served ether for the post office and the shop service. So I waited like everybody else. And I was waiting for 1 out of 4 Sales assistant to tell me to come to the till amd he didn't so I wanted to know why and he told me that to be able to be served for shop service is to wait in the middle of the shop. But I told him there is no sign for that just the one over there. He said I am sorry for your wait which i exapted but then he added that there was no need to be aggressive about it. Aggression, according to social psychology, describes any behavior or act aimed at harming a person damaging physical property, acts of physical violence, shouting, swearing, and harsh language. I did none of those things at all. But it is also the worst thing they could have said if it was somebody else because by saying that it could have escalated to be aggressive.
