Came in at 5:10pm for the post office as the website says it closes at 8pm, and instead of just telling me they are closed they were rude to me and shouted at me that they are closed - there was no need to shout very rude and very disappointed with the way I was treated !!

Everyone is so helpful in this office I travel from notts to use this branch and the service is brilliant never had any trouble here !

I have been to this post office a number of times. The young man who has served me has been rude on most occasions. Does not display manners or customer service skills. I will not go in again. Some training is needed.

What a joke went to renew my Licence and with a totally empty shop with only staff there doing nothing was told I had to make an appointment unfortunately you can't give zero stars

Opening times are for the shop attached not the post office itself. As a night worker who's asleep or settling for bed after 6am and waking up close to 7pm when you're actually closed I've now wasted my time today both staying up late and getting up early to try and access your services. This needs making clearer that The post office doesn't open til 9am and closes at 5pm.

Terrible female member of staff she put the phone straight down on me when I rang for an enquiry then refused to answer when I rang back 32 times in 30 mins perhaps I caught her in the middle of something....!
