Bethnal Green Post Office

It says open at 8.30 I've been waiting it's past 9 no one here

I went in to collect one and send one (parcel). It was service with a smile, a very happy, helpful team behind the counters, which is always a good thing.

The queues were short despite it being lunchtime.

The parcel is held hostage in this place as it is impossible to figure out when they are open. Outside on Saturday 9:53 and no one around!

When is this place actually open? I was there on a Wednesday 3:00pm, Thursday 2:00pm and both days it was closed! I don’t really understand how a business can operate like this. If you don’t bother providing post office services at least update your opening hours so people don’t have to walk there every day for nothing.

I live in the area and every time I went the staff has always been helpful and nice. However, opening and closing time are completely random. Best of luck if you go after 17:30 or 9AM

Friendliest post office I have ever been to! The guys behind their counter love their job and are nice and knowledgeable - no matter if you pick up a parcel or send things internationally.

Just because of the guy behind the counter this afternoon who was there on his own and clearly busy with a massive queue of people waiting but still swiftly helped we with topping up my metre using electricity vouchers. And did it with a smile! I think he should start the new year with a pay rise.

Watch out for the girl behind the counter.My parcel was less than a kilo but i realise that she charge me more because the parcel was 50 gr over a kilo so instead of paying around £16 i end up paying nearly £25 .Always have an eye on the scale.
What puzzle me is why they never open on time and why they shut early?
Go somewhere else.
