Long Street Post Office

I went into the post Office to close my mums Post Office account and the manager was so rude and so unhelpful She wouldnt help me i told her what I was told on the phone what I was told to do she wouldnt do anything to help me she made me feel so small i couldnt wait to get away from her.

Truly the rudest, most unhelpful staff I have ever had the misfortune to come across. No customer service skills, grumpy and downright obnoxious. I won’t use them again…
