Currently sat inside my house waiting for the brownies ordered for a birthday gift but apparently they were delivered at 2 and unable to deliver for another 2 days these are fresh food and I have sat in purposely waiting for that not even a knock on my door apparently could not fit through the letterbox although I have ordered these before and they have fitted perfectly fine but obviously the delivery today decided that they were unable to fit. and yet they have somehow magically travelled in time to 30 minutes from now and try to deliver them other option would be to try and pick them up tomorrow however I'm unable to leave the house or to drive. Normally thoroughly enjoy the royal mail however if someone is sat in the house specifically waiting and knock on the door probably wouldn't do any harm

Use Royal mail 3 days a week at least. Can't complain about the staff and management in Leyland office, very helpful, they are humans too, and most my concerns, if any, are listened and resolved. " My" postgirl /and occasionally men are friendly and super responsible, no post lost when delivered to Farington. Big thank you

Not open long enough, most people work and need to pick up parcels either out of work hours or on a Saturday afternoon, I work until 12.30 on a Saturday and it closes at 12 so I have no possible option to collect my parcels without having time off work. The opening times need to be sorted out!

The service seems fine but the opening hours are shocking

Opening hours are a joke... Im trying to avoid Royal Mail as much as possible as dont want to stuck with my parcel. Like right now I had delivery on Monday, I wasnt home so now I need to take day off work or wait until Saturday to pick up my parcel. Worst service ever. Would be better if you shut down this place and let us drive to Preston, at least we would be able to pick up parcels.

not helpfull at all waist of time i was told to ring customer services
gave them the tracking number and told can,t help
i will not use royal mail again very poor service

I dread every time I have to go to This Royal mail office.
The workers there are unfriendly and just rude.
I had proof of a sender that the package has been paid for but it seemed that in transit the Post Mark had fallen off. And I was told to pay for it again. When I tried explaining it to the worker,he aggressively threw the package behind him,and said He doesn't care.

Try to deliver at 6:01am. They fill my postbox up with rubbish when Iv asked them not to. So their own reminders get lost. Open 7-9am if you’re lucky to collect.
Royal Mail are a joke these days.
I avoid if I can.
