Abbots Langley post office

Great service and good selection of greeting cards and stationery in the shop. Open every day and just what a local post office should be like .

This post office somehow managed to lose a parcel that was delivered to them for me to collect. A parcel that was literally sat there waiting for me. It couldn't be much simpler. This package was hugely important for my brother's job and he entrusted me to keep it safe until he arrived to the UK and it was worth over £700. For whatever reason they allowed it to be taken by a driver without questioning it and the package wasn't even held onto for 2 weeks and I arrived a few days after it was dropped off. Both this post office and DPD are at fault here. This is incredibly stressful to deal with and the worst thing is ther hasn't even been an apology, just rude back chat on the phone and poor excuses. A refund is due here..

It's always been nice to be at this place. Manish and staff are very good and highly professional people. It's been great doing business with this post office. This place is very much heart of this little town and lots of my friends are also visiting this post office and fond of them! We particularly love amazing range of greeting cards and gift articles. I have always received excellent service in my local Post Office, especially
from Purva and I would recommend it also for its excellent range of cards and original gifts for every occasion as well as stocking the essentials.

It's very rude staff i ask them for 2 forms they said i will not give you more than 1 and not nice take.
