Ditton Post Office

We was waiting at the desk for 7 minutes and then finally a boy called Cameron came we said what we wanted he didn’t say a word! And it says on his badge he is Customer service assistant!! HARDLY! I was not impressed at all!!

Don't rely on the published opening times for the post office counter!

I don't use it much, but the last three times I've gone there to use the Post Office I have had to wait over 10mins, even though I am the only customer in there. This is due to the Post Office staff member being out the back smoking on two occasions and being on a break on the other.

Changed opening times since covid, always seems shut when I go so I just use larkfield instead as it's always open
