yesterday, Sunday, we came to the post office to pick up the BRP card. For me, the behavior of the employee man towards us was strange, plus he tore open the envelope with the BRP card without our permission and this card was not intended for him. On what basis could he open my personal letter? and why the behavior is not clear to us. my sister came to another country and such behavior is stressful for her. please take courses in good manners and understand that we did not come to your house . Please. Thank you. You work with people. and we are all individual

0 STARS. Customers are an inconvenience. Why is your window open, but you're standing there counting money lady? Why is there no sign saying that this Post Office is not really for public use. Btw... isn't the self-service supposed to take a load off the staff? Why is the self-service closed? Even the self-service is annoyed with customers. Where is the rest of the staff? Working from home? Or this the Post Office firing and rehiring at lower wages. I suspect they workers are on strike, but they forgot to tell their bosses. Anyway...have a good Christmas. That's when I expect to get out of this 3 person queue

This was a horrible experience and 1 star can't describe it. I went to sent a parcel and the lady at the window was absolutely awful, this was the first time I was using this particular post office. She refused to take the parcel as it was 0.01 grams more even though I asked to cover the difference on the postage, she said they don't do that anymore. The second time I got shouted by the rude man at the window, as he refused to postage a large letter. I was hoping to give 0 stars but unfortunately there is no option. Good luck to anyone who tries this post office.

Long queues. Not enough staff. Not for the first time a parcel I have sent through this Post Office has gone missing. Parcels are not taken to the back just left in full view. Not a happy customer and will revert back to my smaller more personal Post Office in the future.

I post here regularly for work and the staff are lovely but there is frequently a huge queue due to lack of staff. If the self service machines are on and staffed the whole process is very easy and quick!

No matter what time you get to this post office, there are always large queues as they only work from one counter. Understaffed to save wages and make people queue up for a long time. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

The main post person busy doing a passport for someone and me waiting 45 minutes at the front of the queue with a girl wondering around aimlessly not really doing anything and the queue mounting this girl who I had spoken to about my Amazon return and who had told me to wait in the queue, she eventually opened another till. I questioned with her the fact that she had left us all waiting whilst she did nothing. Her answer was she has to help the non existent self service side. I asked to speak with her manager who was sitting over on the travel money section without any customers. So two people working for Royal Mail doing nothing and one person dealing with a passport application by giving the customer a tablet to fill in the form herself. The manager said they were busy and short staffed but failed to recognise that I and others had been observing this charade. Disgraceful customer services. These people do not deserve the jobs they are in and Royal Mail don’t deserve the title of Royal. No stars given. Don’t go there

Very slow and very understaffed. This branch needs serious help, no point in ranting but please help this branch out Royal Mail! Utter neglect in full mode here. Literally go elsewhere but here.
