Alexandra Road Post office

Excellent service from friendly staff. At first glance the queuing system seems a bit odd however it works well and cuts down the waiting time. Staff are more than happy to answer queries or help with problems.

This has always been my go-to post office and never had any problems - the owner was always friendly and always helpful. Went in twice the last couple days and they have someone new working there. Both days I asked for 2nd Class Signed-For on a parcel; first day he told me there was no such service and then charged me for the expensive Special 1 Day Delivery option. Thought it might be a one-off so tried again this morning and again I asked for 2nd Class and again he just charged for Special Delivery. I’ll be going to a different post office now as the new guy seems to just ignore what you want and just charge for the most expensive option every time

The hired staff are nice but don't seem to last long. The owners are a nightmare. Always peering over their shoulders and giving hard looks to anyone appearing vulnerable.

Service to Local population seems to be smily and welcoming. But if you look non native(white). He seems to be curt, and smile seems to go away. Abit rude, discriminatory and judgemental. I have business myself. Jusy because i look casual he addret the end and service was zerod rude.

I have used this post office for a few years and since the current owners have taken over it has improved a lot! They have improved the shop itself and the service is so great I actually go out of my way to use this particular post office because of the friendly welcome I get every time I go there. Lovely people and a real village feel to the post office

Man could not process my ID Verification services, he told me wrong information in the documents, I could not argue with him so I went to Farnborough, Asda Stores post office, there was not any problem with document, all processed okay.
