Frimley Post Office

Never had a problem here. I can understand that the staff can seem a little moody sometimes, although they've always been absolutely fine with me. It's not an exciting job and honestly some of the customers who go in there, you need more patience than a saint to handle. As a small business owner myself, I can understand the frustration sometimes when they are spending the best part of a day having to process certain items which are required as a post office but generate little/no profit.

Bad customer service. Helpless and rude staff specially the gentleman. Choose other post office if you can. Appalling experience.
I go to this post office because its the only one in Frimley and every time is a complete horrible experience. I send out 20 cookies this Christmas in a large letter format, today I went again with the same large letter format and he denied it, saying it was a small parcel size. I respectfully thanked him and said I will take my items elsewhere, he was talking back at me making fun at me in front of other customers as I was leaving. Please someone take over this post office from this gentleman! Soon.

Revamped and new friendly owner at last. The former grumpy old git is history, i only went in there 4 times in 22 years because of him. The new owner is so friendly and helpful. It's a post office and decent 'village' shop now open til 8pm. I'll definitely be using it lots.

The 2 staff there, a man and a woman ( actually a couple) are friendly. They are helpful. I have no issues with them, I respect them, so they respect me back. Just saying.

I have only used the post office once since the new owners took over and had no complaints. I am going in this morning so reserve my judgement. I would however like to write in defence of the previous lovely couple who for some reason have attracted some very negative reviews here. As they are no longer in situ, reviews about them are somewhat irellevant but I would like to say that I used their services very regularly and was always greeted with a smile by both of them and they always addressed me by name, a great personal and much appreciated touch.

Under new ownership for the last year, popped in today not knowing that,was pleasantly surprised to find a new shop with a very polite and helpful owner. I had avoided this post office due to the rudeness of the previous owners. Everyone it has changed for the better. 30 mins free parking behind.

Have used this post office for a number of years and have always found them very helpful and efficient. On occasions I have witnessed customers going in with the wrong information and expected the staff to sort it out. Yes, there is often a queue but but that's life.

I'm totally agreed with other reviewers. I had had been to the post office a few times with my daughters. The man and the lady behind the counter alway staring at my daughters. Worried that my girls might touched or broke something in the shop. I avoid to go there.
