Very helpful gentleman, helped me with dvla application 🙂

Openign times on thier web site are wrong, it opens at 09:00 not08:00. Very annoying after I had cycled down thier to post a parcel.

Due to the closure of some local banks, I went to Stonehouse post office to pay in some money.
The lady dealing with my request was very polite and patient. I would be happy to use their services again.

Went to renew driving licence. Went to erxchange a ten pound note for 2 five pounds notes so I could use photo machine to renew my driving licence at no point did she said we take the photo here. I wasted £6 because she couldnt be bothered to question it or think and then she suggested I get a refund from the photo machine company. Why would I want money back from them. its her error. Complaint Raised with head office! Make sure you ask them as they obviously dont have a clue in there.

The short hair mid-age lady refused to provide me with proof of postage after taking my parcel. She said this is her office and she only does what she wants to do. I was shocked by her arrogant attitude.

Post Office Opening times are wrong in all websites, RoyalMail, PostOffice, Amazon, Google....

Sundays are closed. Saturdays only open for a few hours.

Weekdays close earlier than it is advertised.
