Please you need to put opening hours on here. The staff that works there are great but the owners pls get the hours right.

Went to post office 45 minutes before closing and shutters for the entire place were down, this has now happened a number of times in the past month. Not going to bother wasting my time going to this one any longer. Too unreliable. It’s opening and closing times are a joke.

Went to get my BRP. They said it did not come there, even though ot should have been there 2 weeks ago, did not want even to talk even a word about it. Really disgraceful, not considerate. Never tried to help. I just had to walk out with empty haned

Thankfully have only had to use this post office twice. Both times staff rude and unhelpful. Different staff both times but same attitude as if they resent you using there service. As if this isn't bad enough I posted a passport on May 27th first class signed for delivery and nearly two months later it is still at the store. Trying contacting the Royal Mail but no response as of yet awful awful service.

Left a red card instructing to collect the next working day between certain times. when We arrived to the post office on time just to find the door shut and the note saying that due to covid the collection is between 7am and 9am. was it so difficult to correct the wrong opening hours on the card so people dont have to travel for no reason. what if the person travelling doesnt have a car? You are clearly not doing your job, or lack common sense. unbelievable.

The Post Office has moved to a temporary location whilst essential repairs are carried out at the currant location. You can go to the town hall, room 11 for Post Office services. The post office services will be available as of 13/08/2020

Rude customer service experience. I was there to post two items and as I was sticking the stamp on the second letter I was hurried on and told "we ain't got all day". This is shocking considering my entire time spent at the counter was only a few mins and not longer than anyone else.
