The woman in this shop is very arrogant and rude. She was asking me a bar code when collecting my Amazon parcel, Amazon gave me a collection code but she refused to enter and was insisting for the bar code bar code which Amazon never provided. Called Amazon from shop and when they told her to accept the code she took it and handed over the parcel to me. This big headed woman clearly does not know what she is doing.

Lady and gentleman is highly rude and very much unhelpful and non supportive. The lady clearly doesnt know what shes doing and the gentleman will just stand there and support her negative behaviour. They dont help you with nothing!! This will be the 2nd and last time I go there. I suggest go elsewhere!

Very friendly couple and very helpful. I have read some of the other reviews and am quite surprised by the negativity. I have not experienced any rudeness at all from either of the couple. However, I have witnessed abrupt and rude approaches by some customers. This will inevitably put anyone's back up! If you want to he treated with respect then treat others with the same!

Not the best experience. I use this post office frequently and the couple that run it are really unfriendly. I've never seen either of them smile. My advise to them would be to get jobs that you like doing so you can be happy. Clearly this isn't working for you. You take little to no pride in your shop. You are just fortunate there isn't another postal service next door.
