Very rude argumentative staff.
Can’t even ask for multiple posting prices as you get a kiss of the lips and a huff.

Awful customer service. Post office staff can be quite rude and seem to think the opening hours are on their terms. Lost count of number of times I've to wait at an empty counter!! Opening hours are just that!!!

Very bad service! They do not have envelopes only of you buy the box full of envelopes . Also I have to receipts wrong ! The packages do not arrive to the receivers ...

Can you imagine going to the post office, the staff member at the till looking up, seeing you, pulling a face, and then flat out ignoring you? How dare I ask for service when it's there job to service me... And the other two staff members there were having a personal conversation, saw me and also ignored me. I came here because they were open later, and I wasn't even given service- at all.

they close the post office when they want. very annoying when travelling to this specific one as they are supposedly open later

This seems to have taken new ownership, as it’s now inside a Tesco. Good thing, because the service I got was quick and friendly unlike prior posters.

As per the display outside the post office from royal mail it is open from 7am to 11 pm. But the staff mentioned that the service is from 8 am and closes at 5pm everyday. Not happy driving all the way just to return with no service.

The opening hours are wrong, they close for business at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday
I wish to say they're very helpful...
