Hollybush Post Office

I and my family use this post office and shop at least once a week. I have sent my unaccompanied children here when I have been unable to make the journey. I have always found the post-master and his staff polite, friendly, engaging and always willing to help clarify things when needed.

The staff of the adjoining shop are always courteous and helpful and watching them interact with their regular customers (many of whom they know by name) is the very definition of community service.

In my mind, Hollybush Post Office is a credit to Royal Mail Post Office Network.

Postmaster always friendly, helpful and provides you with the cheapest option to send parcels. Shop has a good selection of goods.

Very helpful, friendly, people who work very hard to maintain the highest standards. They know their regulars by name and are always polite and caring. If you are in a queue they make sure everyone is served as quickly as possible. Very trustworthy and caring.

If you want a stress and hassle free trip to a post office then this shop is CERTAINLY NOT the place to go to. After an extremely long queue, I felt like i was at airport security by the way my parcels were investigated. All of them were rejected for the most pathetic of reasons. I was rudely told to go and sort them out. Safe to say I went round the corner to a more trusted post office where they were all accepted no problem. DO NOT COME HERE!

Post office is generally pretty efficient and gets the job done when I need my parcels sent. Not the best out there, but I support the local post office and wanted to give a positive review.

Thank you so much. Over the last year they have been helping us collect a magazine when know one else could get. Even through covid they have stayed open and safe.

They close the post office from 1pm till 2pm so beware.
