Fore Street Post Office

Went here almost daily to send my online sales and other post and although at times very busy I was always served with a smile and a great service.
All staff are friendly, fast and efficient offering a great postal service !

Friendly and helpful staff. Small post office but contains all the essentials and more, just ask the staff. Decent opening hours too and less queuing time than in the town centre

This is the best post office in Ipswich (if not East Anglia). I travel out of my way to come here. The staff are very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's a traditional post office. these are sadly disappearing all too quickly these days.

If I could leave negative stars I would!
The two ladies both with glasses are either reading the magazine or being rude. They have no customer service skills. I have waited in the morning to send a letter and they were just sat there talking after 4 minutes went by, when it SHOULD of opened.
If you hate your job then leave.

I sent a card to a friend , it had a stamp enclosed in the envelope, someone in your staff Ripped it open and stole it. We make cards for a hobby, it wasn't expensive but to rip it open and steal it shows me how shifty your help is. She told me she's has 4 cards ripped open this season.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff every visit, I use this post office during lockdown to share books and photos of my new born child with my parents and every visit I’m greeted by a warm welcome from their very friendly team

Very good service and very helpful. Very professional.
Lost tracking receipt, but they managed to provide the tracking number and able to get the item back.
