Honestly THE SINGLE WORST POST OFFICE EVER
1) it was as thought their mission was to humiliate me in front of everyone in the shop and make me look stupid
2) TRIED TO CHARGE ME £100 FOR A FREE RETURN !!!

literally made my stomach ache the way they spoke to me

would rather stub every single toe 20x then step foot in there again.

We have 11 packages missing from 2020 till date 2022. Central Post Office should look into this atrocity, either internal or pickup van's are stealing our package( perfumes).

Something is definitely wrong, we are out of pocket and no one cares.
We tried another post office since April and nothing is missing so far this is August.

It is sad that I get charged on the account as if the package has left but no sign of tracking then it completely vanished. We also get the wrong stickers on our international package which then gets returned, costing double the money to reshipped.

Someone should look into this ASAP. Our local service should be serving the local. We should not be afraid to use this local service. I have had to travel 1.2 miles to post, from Se16 to SE14 big pain.

This lady at the desk needs to be fired, has no patience and is not willing to help. My parcel says it is delivered to this post office and they “cant seem to find it?” Rude and useless staff member i honestly do not know how they are still running!

Rohan was amazing. I almost passed out whilst returning package and he gave exceptional service. He ensured I was assisted and called 999, and brilliantly made sure my package was returned. I Can’t Thank him and the team enough.

Very very poor customer service. The attitude is so rude no manners whatsoever. Need to be sent for training to learn how to be respectful, polite and helpful. Also WHY are parcels kept outside in a cage instead of taken in.

There was an issue with both staff members there they both decided to not server any one. The woman stayed behind the counter tasking and the man went to have his lunch whilst there was a large queue. It was crazy to watch and experience the woman was verbally abusive. The people in the community was disregarded like they were nothing. I did not receive the value of the stamps on my parcel for postage and guess what the parcel I sent that day was never delivered. I had no tracking or reference number which they did on purpose. The post office makes it very difficult to make a formal complaint which I did and was assured it was going to be forwarded to the area manager. They must be really struggling for staff never in my life have I seen anything like this. Keep writing your reviews if this continues it will need to go to the local council to do something.
The staff needs to be a addressed it’s been an on going issue with the overall service and attitude of the staff there. Serious action needs to be taken.

Not the first time I've been overcharged or treated rudely at this post office. I asked for tracked 24 postage and was given special day delivery instead, went back to rectify it and postage was changed to signed for even though I explicitly said that was not the service I wanted as I needed it tracked. Staff was adamant that the only tracked service they offer is spe ial day delivery and refused to do anything else for me or give me the parcel back. Worst place I've ever been.

Very rude lady refused to accept photo ID because it was European and said it's her decision and she doesn't care if it's right or wrong. Avoid
