Leatherhead Post Office

Took 35 minutes from the time I was seen to send 3 tracked letters! Person serving me could hardly speak English (and I’m foreign myself so no prejudice here). Was rude and on the phone while serving me trying to figure how to process it. Surely some basic training should be given before starting??

Post office in a nightclub. As bad as you would expect. Staff were really unhelpful. Il travel to use another post office

excellent customer service.. i visited the postoffice to renew my driving license a very nice and professional gentleman called satar helped me to do so, very pleased with the service

What an amazing service I have had. We were scammed and the manager stopped the parcel from leaving. After many emails a trip to the police station I can confirm I have my parcel back. I cannot thank you enough again excellent and amazing service

Doesn't even deserve one star. The staff here are consistently miserable, rude, and move at a glacial pace. They never smile, never thank you for waiting. I have just spent 20 minutes queuing while just one person served, another stood behind him doing nothing and another sat there in plain sight on her mobile phone for the duration of my wait.

Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Every time I come to this post office I'm absolutely blown away by the sheer rudeness of the staff and I avoid this post office like the plague. Zero customer service, in fact you'll be lucky to get served at all

Overcharging!

Twice now I've gone in and asked for Tracked 24. Queried the price as it seemed a lot, paid and then see receipt is for Special Delivery. Despite me saying I didn't want that, twice as expensive as the service I asked for!! Not very honest.

I'll pre pay in future.
