This is a proper, old fashioned ironmongers. No web site but you can still buy one nut, bolt and washer so you don't have to have ten in an expensive plastic bag. And if you get home and find to have the wrong size, Roger is happy to swap them for the right size. There aren't many shops left like this, so go and have a look while you can, when it's gone it's gone.

Now a Post Office as well as newsagents, early opening hours and also available for lottery and cash withdrawals. Plenty of services for such a small shop :-)

I’ve finally had enough of the number of times I’ve had poor service here that it’s driven me to leave this review. If you look at all the good reviews they are over 4 years ago, things have definitely changed. The guy working there is an absolute joke, they adversities to be a post office but the last thing they want to do is take post. Any excuse not to take your post is used. AVOID AT ALL COST AND TRAVEL THE FEW EXTRA MINUTES TO POST OFFICE IN THE VILLAGE

Excellent service. I needed advice and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

This shop maybe small but it is in a good location with easy parking with everything from newspapers, magazines, stationary, lottery, milk, a wide range of cards, and all post office needs, also a newspaper delivery service..

What an awful way to speak to a customer with a hidden disability. You need retrained in customer service as you clearly lack it. As for dictating about him not wearing a mask, you weren't wearing one yourself nor displaying the lanyard you were shouting at him about.
You invited 2 customers in to bully this man despite him protesting to say he was not required to cover his mouth and nose and lacked professionalism.
Maybe the main post office need to see the recording of you bullying this man and then calling a very large man in as protection who then swore at the customer. This needs investigating further and an apology issued.
