I have never encountered such a rude jobs worth as the elderly man working in this post office, I have recently moved back to the area and had previously only encountered the Lady who works in there, who was very pleasant. The man has no manners refused point blank to send a recorded next day delivery as apparently they can only be sent out up until 11 am as that's when the postman picks them up, despite the postman with his van still being there at 12.20 when I arrived and he was sat outside waiting. ( No where on the website does it state this 11am deadline for sending recorded delivery) Also to be asked in a very rhetorical and chauvinistic manner "Are you dim?" As I had left the building after being forwarned by family that he is a very rude and unhelpful person. I will never go there again what a disgusting way to treat and speak to customers appalling service.

Incredibly rude man who runs this branch! I went to buy two cards, but he told me that he couldn't take my debit card for £4, but could do cash back at the other counter. I was in a rush, so I said, 'Thank you but I will leave it this time.' He then said, very rudely, 'You can't be bothered to go to the other counter?' and I said, 'No, thank you.' He then said, 'You're too lazy to walk over to the other counter? Unbelievable!' I said, 'Why the attitude?' and he said, 'Because of you being lazy. It's people like you why we are closing.' I was just shocked and walked out! I will never go back, and it looks like I'm not the only one!

Rudest post office I have ever been to. The amount of times I have arrived and parked outside for them to just close to door. No old school politeness here in your local post office. I’m going to start driving somewhere else.
